Today the Lady Trojans took on the Lady Wildcats at home, this was the first home game of the season. Temperatures was high once again for the game and hydration breaks were give half way through each half. During the first half there was a foul 5 yards outside of the Filer's box, Yadira Alvarez took the free kick and the ball found the back of the net. During the second half Yadira Guzman scored a goal off a free kick, and it also found the back of the next. Third goal scored Gracie Emery assisted by Yadira Alvarez on a cross in the goal box.
Filer scored off a penalty kick by Lisset Alonso. Proud of these ladies who had to deal with extreme heat. Next they take on the Lady Bears of Bliss on Thursday at 6:15 pm. Thank you to all who came out to support the girls. Record is 2-0-1. Go Trojans!!!
